I want to join green card and live in America, how do I make the payment? I do not have a creditcard.?

My Country do not have that facility is there any other method I can use?

As I said green cards aren't for sale. If someone wants you to pay for one with a credit card it is a scam.
You can just join green card and live in America. To have a "green card" or to be a legal permanent resident you need to be petition from an immediate a family member. If you do not have family in the U.S. you will not qualify for it.
I'm assuming you meant the "Green Card Lottery" and its application fees.

A more obvious question arises from your own, though:
If your country doesn't have the "facility" for swiping a credit card, why do you have one? Seems a little useless under the circumstances, don't you agree?
