Why does the US laws not pertain to illegal aliens?

All US laws do pertain to illegals also. Now comes the kicker, do you prosecute them for the crime, trials, jail time all paid for by the tax payer or throw them out of the country. If its a felony you have only one way to go, unfortunately the tax payer is getting the bill. Not the illegals that do not pay our taxes, but continue to use our benefits.
I guess if the folks in the government want to ignore the law, the law isn't supposed to count, but if you and I try ignoring the law like they do, we'll go to jail.
Duh? Do you want your taxes spent on incarceration of illegals? Minor crimes are deportation, major crimes like murder are enforced under US laws.
I hope we are a little more than a nation of laws. If that is all we are, we have a lot more problems than illegal immigration.
According to illegal aliens and the anti-American crowd, the only laws that apply to illegals would be a construed version of the bill of rights:

the right to assemble riotous crowds to incite and entice racial wars

the right to carry unregistered weapons with which to maim and kill Americans

the right to impede on the USA-owned soil without just cause

the right to not have their drug paraphenalia confescated
V
the right to not be held accountable for their CRIMINAL activity

the right to have backdoor deals with the crappy, ill-fated government of the USA
VII
the right to only be judged by La Raza
VIII
the right to not have to pay reasonable fines for their criminal activity
IX
the right to infringe on the rights of Americans at will
X
the right to ignore powers delegated to the federal or state governments
Thats what I would like to know. U.S. citizens get charged for anything while these criminals that are invading a country dont do the time for the crime. The punishment is deportation.

When laws cannot be enforced, they are worse than non-existent.
You can't enforce your laws, hence they don't apply.
Because illegals think that the laws do not apply to them! That is why they are demanding amnesty! Rather than follow the example of millions of other immigrants that came to the US, they want to try and change the laws to accommodate them!!
the only laws that pertain to them are the ones they deem as beneficial ... like free health care and such... our government sucks! I wish a 3rd party would get elected but seems they make that impossible with the way they have manipulated the laws pertaining to election funding.vote all the bums out!
