Pls help me to compose an email to the embassy?

I ask advice from the people here about my concerns in my papers and they told me to email the embassy because sometimes embassy experience overload works.Now my problem is im poor in composing english bcoz my english is not good enough.

I want to email the embassy in nice and presentable composition.can somebody help me to compose?
