Im here in the US under the visa waived programme..my bf is a legal resident here,n currently on his way..?

to get his naturalization finalise...he is still waiting for his test date for US citizenship..Is it possible for us to get marry here first, and does that makes me to stay legally??

Answer:
While adjustment of status is normally not allowed to anyone on the visa waiver, exceptions are sometimes made for those who marry US citizens. However, until your boyfriend becomes a citizen, marrying him while in the US will not confer any immediate benefits on you since the wait for an immigrant visa number for the spouse of a permanent resident is several years.
talk with an immigration attorney,, don't trust answers you receive here
"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Theodore Roosevelt 1907
No, you cant stay legally, even if he was a citizen, and if you get married before, then you just compiled your problems. You will need to wait until he becomes a citizen then return to your country with him and apply for a Fiancee visa, should take no more the three months, the you will have two years to marry him under this visa program, you can also work legally during this time.
The short answer is no. You would have to marry a U.S. citizen. Then there would still be a small process to follow. I have a friend of my wife's. Who was born here, thus a U.S. citizen. Who married a person from Portugal. There were still some hoops they were made to jump through as it were. It more or less just put her husband on a lot quicker route to citizenship. Definite, just not automatic.
Peace! Love!
shouldn't have no problem.seeing that the US is a free for all nation
