Not much...don't go anywhere alone (another girlfriend doesn't count) , don't carry or buy drugs,if stopped by a cop always bribe...taking the higher ground will get you arrested and will cost a lot more, unless they like you, then you will be there for a very long time...

Well, they can't take part in a political gathering, or work (even if there legally) unless they speak fluent Spanish, or run for political office of any kind...
On the other hand, if they have lots of money they can live well until the money runs out.
