yes, I think they are grasping at straws now. The American people are tired of these people. The marches by the fanatical illegal supporters backfired bigtime. Desecrating American flags equals a serious beating by the population if the police aren't there to protect you in most places in the US.

They are loosing, but we must continue our struggle, and not think that we have defeated the pro illegals. All we have to do is keep the booze flowing to the pro illegal immigration crowd, and we will keep them pacified.
I would support a guest worker program just to document the new ones that come in. I would propose a bounty system , cash paid for every illegal turned in to immigration. We would replace the illegal ones with the documented ones. This crap presently proposed is worse then the amnesty granted in the 80's & 90's. I don't think we need 12 million Mexicans in the USA.

Yes, we are winning the war on pro-illegals - and it's not just racists who are behind this push. Remember how we defeated the recent Amnesty Bill? True racists probably make up a small portion of the population - there are a lot more than mere "racists" behind this push toward better border law enforcement.
There are many more against illegal immigration than those for it. Most of those in favor of illegal immigration are either hispanics or bleeding heart liberals who mean well but need a dose of reality.

They are losing because Congress and the President were about to bend us over when finally the American people took action. I don't know anyone anti-immigration but illegals are criminals. Simple crossing the border illegally is a crime and if you break the law you are a criminal.

But the bill isn't completely dead! We need to keep contacting our members of congress and representatives to let them know how rotten of an idea we think this bill is! Otherwise they might try to slip it through again once the attention startst to wane.
