Can a person holding a Belgium work permit also work in Netherlands?

Hi,

My company is about to process my Belgium work permit (not a Business Visa... but a proper Work Visa). Will it be possible for me to work in Netherlands too? and vice versa. I ask this because both are Schenegen countries.

Any information will be useful. Thanks.
