Really... please show your statistic.. because the only support I have to any Immigration Reform is to send back undocumented immigrants to what country they came from, and tougher laws against undocumented immigrants- The US is the most lax on allowing immigrants into this country then any other country, we have many programs and laws set up to help people and allow people to come here legally to work, marry or go to school... so someone from a FREE country has no reason to come here undocumented...

Except for amnesty, the current immigration laws have all the features as the proposed one. So it is all about amnesty!
Which is wrong! I propose a Constitutional amendment that states:
"Unless otherwise restricted by law, the rights and duties in this Constitution applies only to United States Citizens and lawfully present aliens."
That will fix the whole mess!
We have this same argument in the UK. Why should illegal immigrants be able to sneak in and then have the same rights as the lawful citizens? One example - welfare and pensions. Should people be able to illegally come here and automatically get welfare or a pension which has been paid for by all the lawful taxpayers?? I say no way! The same thing applies to health care. I don't want to be paying high taxes for people to come here and exploit the benefits that people have worked hard to pay for, and people have died to protect. The whole idea is ridiculous.
