If our government continues to refuse to protect us, it just may come to that.
You have every right to arm yourself and form a militia.

Theoretically under the Constitution, individuals can form militias. Do you really want to walk that fine line? On this issue, I do not.
Even if it is against the law if the government cannot enforce immigration laws why would they be able to enforce any other laws.
If you own property right next to the border and put up No Trespassing signs, then you have to right to use force to keep people off your property. But you can't just shoot someone for being here illegally. That's like killing someone for cutting you off in traffic.
Remember the Boston Tea Party. Our government has not full filled their duty to protect the American people. It is a Constitutional right to protect yourselves from invaders.
Sounds like a good idea to me, maybe then the government
will start to enforce the laws of this country.
That's a big Question. The thing I would worry, is that Bush would interpret the law in such a way, that he would end up sending you to Iraq. The National Guard is a Milita. My thinking is that The President should not have the power over the militia. It should remain with the Governor.
I'll help you buy the gators, and the crocs if you transport them there when they're big enough to release. As long as you don't have a criminal record when the background check is done you can arm yourself any way you see fit. I believe there are places in the U.S that even have militias that will train you.

Not only does the No Child Left Behind Act support illegal immigrants, it also supports non-performing students. Teachers are expected to bring students in the 8th grade, who had scores indicating they are performing on a 3rd grade level up to 8th grade state and Federal expectations. As a 30+ year teacher, I can tell you this is not possible.
I challenge Laura Bush to raise students on a third-grade level to achieve eighth-grade standards in one year without giving them the answers to all the tests attesting to their achievement!
America was founded on revolutionism, and there is no reason citizens of this America cannot forge a new one!
Unfortunately, most American citizens are "satisfied" with the "status quo", and are not willing to "sacrifice" or "stand up" for the ideals they really belive in.
Every able bodied American male is the Militia and should already be armed. We have but to start the ball rolling. I am doing my part. I turn in every illegal that I come upon and go out of my way to make them uncomfortable. I welcome legal aliens. My wife is one as well as several of my neighbors. They add to the community, and I do not care from whence they have come.
Illegal aliens should be fought with every weapon in our arsenal. They have no rights.
