Work without a visa?
Answer:
It all depends on the kind of visa you have. Some visa give you permission to work, some don't. If you have a I-94 attached in you passport, a white card, you have the right to work, but you need to get a SSN number and report your income to the INS. If you don't have this ability you are working illegal.
i dont really know I would call it self employment. but how long are you playing on staying? because if you already have cliental it seems like you may have overstayed your visit. If you are planning on staying here I would go through the proper channels to become a legal immigrant.
If you're not a legal resident, and you're having people pay you for a service, you're probably not paying taxes like normal legal citizens do, and thus, it is illegal.
nope. if you go ask for work..they won't ask you for your green card...they just want your visa...you can definetly work with out greencard.i've a lot of friends whoz working without greencard..but they all have student visa though
