Why don't Brazilian passport holders need a visa when going to Morrocco?

My friend and I are flying there and I, with a UK passport, need a visa. He has a Brazilian passport, but doesn't.. why? I don't get it.

Incidentally, what other countries in Africa and world don't Brazilians need a visa for?

Answer:
The UK hasn't set up a reciprocal system for tourist visas with Morocco, while Brazil has. That's just how it is.
