of the four fillipino women I know who have US Citizenship, all four of them are divorced from the men that invested time and money to come to the US. I am not trying to say Your's will be the same, but, just be cautious. You will have to travel to the phillipines to marry her and then file the proper paperwork to bring her back. It may be a lot of red tape but, if it is real, wouldn't it be worth it?

If your from the USA you will have to come here and meet here in person before you can apply for a visa. You can come here and marry her which all you will need is if you have been married a certified copy of the divorce/death certificate either way after you meet her you can then start the process which is easy on your side as you just have to file the application and she will be the one that has to jump through hoops to get all the required paperwork, medical, interviews. ONE mistake allot of girls make is not getting her CFO sticker which she has to take a seminar and interview required from the Philippines Gov.
I know someone who did just that with a Chinese lady. She took all his money and left him nothing, abandoning him after two years. Poor man was on a suicide watch down at San Diego Mental.

First thing you gotta do is go to the Philippines. and meet her in person. Look her in the eyes, hold her hand.. and kiss her. Maybe she's a lousy kisser.. would you want to marry a gal who's a lousy kisser? Well you won't know until you do it. And speaking of doing it.. you should do that too. as in do her. Then spend a week or two (at least man) with her, go out to dinner, go to the beach, see a movie, go for a hike.... get to know her in person.... FIRST! Then if things work out OK.. and you're still determined to marry the gal... take it one step at a time... and be patient. Just be aware that the Philippines isn't on the State Department super friendly list these days and some things may take a little time. Also there are A LOT of women who just want to come to America... and divorce is much easier than getting married. CAUTION cannot be overstated here! Just some friendly advice. And hey.. if it was meant to be... congratulations.. Filipino gals are hot... and you'll have the rest of your lives to spend together!
Dude she'll have to go to the embassy and applu for a fiance visa come to the USA and after you are married file petition through a lawyer. Its not as hard as you think.
