My wife's visa for uk has been rejected twice how can i get her here??
Answer:
Get a new wife? Seriously, If they denied your petition when you had a solid bank statement, then finances may not be the reason. May I suggest that you review all the requirements from both applications and try to find the real reason. Applying again won't help you since it seems there is a document missing somewhere. Can your spouse show proof that she can support herself? If she was allowed to come, will you still be studying full time for more than a year? **
Ask Blair before is to late :-)
leave her out there and tell her you'll keep trying. In the mean time have the time of your life without going home to the nagging. Make the most of it. Are you really an Essex Boy?
just walk in. everyone one else does
I'm an attorney in the US and you really need to find an attorney in the UK who deals with these questions and run it past him or her.
well being british citizen might help you finish next year untill then you have enough school holidays and the internet to keep in touch
Get a course nearer home!
12:30 next Tuesday back of my artic at Calias, get her to hop on with everyone else, tell her not to forget the cheap fags
As far as I know students are not allowed to have family members join them here - as far as the law is concerned you are here to study. You would also need to have at least £20,000 in the bank before they would even consider it so not sure what you think a solid bank statement is. You dont say what country you come from - rules vary from one place to another. Leave your wife where she is, get as high a grade as you can in your studies, then work and work until you have the £20,000 if you can get a working visa - then apply again. After each rejection it becomes impossible - stop trying until you meet the regulations.
I guess it's because you only have a student visa. You are issued a student visa with an understanding that you'll be living in the UK TEMPORARILY.
Try again after you've graduated and have adjusted to a work visa or permanent resident status, ( I believe it is called Indefinite Leave over there) similar to a US green card holder.
Point 1.
I wonder what student course you are on and in what language. Judging by the text of your question it cannot be English.
Point 2.
What kind of a husband are you? It seems that for your own selfish ends you left your wife in limbo with the remote hope, perhaps, that she could dive in here as easily as you did.
No thanks, mate. We have too many foreign, so-called Britons here already. I wonder why the UK, on the northern periphery of Europe, is so attractive to folks with their tales of woe from distant lands. (I don't really wonder. I know. You know. Everybody knows.)
forget it as i know there is another reason WHY its rejected
go home and stay there with your wife simple really.
Keep trying mate, the two shall be one flesh and you need your wife by you in other not to fall into temptation, good luck
Go home to her when YOUR visa runs out! A student visa means that you have temporary residence only. If your student visa is bogus, then you are in breach of the law and you can be arrested. Your wife will not get a visa to join you because you are only here for the duration of your studies. After that, you must go home.
dont bother too many here already mate
