I think that if an illegal Alien runs and hides in a church and that church official doesn't hand them over to the INS or ICE they should be charged with aiding criminal. That church should also no longer be tax free association, rather make them pay a huge fine and start paying a business tax.

I am not against mexicans, you know the ones who come in legally, and speak AMERICAN, this is AMERICA, and I don't think I should have to learn spanish to suit their needs. There should be some strict rules about language before they can get their green cards to be here!
When you say Elvira Arellano is a woman that "we know all about" I assume you mean that she is known to you and your neighborhood. Do you know for a fact that she is here illegally? Or are you making that assumption based on her ethnicity? If you really do believe that she is here illegally then you can call US Immigration and they will investigate. Keep in mind that they are swamped so it might take a long time before they reach her. ALso keep in mind that Elvira Arellano may not be her real name, thus making it harder to learn her true identity. In any event, relax, remain neighborly and trust in God.
We need major media to run a story on her and it wont be long before she's detained and deported. Remember how the little boy from Cuba was all over the news until the US stormed his home and sent him back to his dad?

If your illegal you should not be in this country!! includeing many other nationalities who are in MY country ILLEGALY because their visas and work papers are expired! And illegals are stealing our jobs .Up north here go by any contruction job and you will see who is doing the work,AND I blame American employers hireing them for cheap labor!
