Some do. There was at least one election in CA where the number of illegals who voted was greater than the margin between the winner and the loser. You only know that if someone challenges the vote afterwards, though.

They can only vote if they find a way to do so illegally. You can only vote (legally) if you are an American Citizen.
They are also supposed to be unable to claim benefits... but somehow they do...

On the legal issue of voting in this country illegals are not allowed to vote or are not suppose to vote. But don't put it past the likes of La Raza assisting them or showing them how to. There are many states that do not require ID of voters to be able to. And as such those would be the states they target to illegally vote. I mean really... do you expect illegals to up hold any laws, if they broke them to get into this country. Besides - have you not heard of non-citizens and illegals using the addresses of legal relatives to accomplish these illegal votes. They are expecting a big jump of illegal votes in the state of Nevada in 2008.

I hope the only thing that they're voting on is what mode of travel will be best for their deportation. If they've assumed an identity or have fake papers as many do, they might get in a few illegal votes. I guess everything they do is illegal!

Didnt surprise me, the goverment in order to get a vote do anything a vote is a vote, but remeber that Bush won the elction by arguing that the vote of his oponet are from illegals, so that becouse he is where he is. So, for what they give them this right if they going to argue, Im sure if that this votes favored Bush he would say nothing, and defend their right to vote. But if a criminal that had been convicted for a felony can vote, dont surprise you if they can.
