Can anyone tell me what immigration forms i need to file for my fiance to come to the USA ?

Go to www.uscis.gov and download the following forms:
-I-129F (Petition for Fiance) $170 for now.
-G-325A (Biographic Info) Free. One set for you and one set for your fiance. There's four pages and all pages asks the same questions because they go to different offices.
-Passport pictures of both
-Birthcertificates
-Evidence that both of you have met 2 years ago and that you intend to marry. My brother send it after he filed the petition.
These forms are easy to file and are pretty straightforward. Make sure you keep a copy of everything you send. My brother's petition was processed within 5 months. It can take less depending on how fast you respond to their requests. You might want to set up an appointment thru "Infopass" at the above website just to make sure you have all the correct forms.

I-797 in most cases. Go to www.uscis.gov for the government site on what forms you need. You should consult an attorney because the forms and laws can be tricky and if you file incorrectly you can cause your fiance more problems entering the country. Good Luck.
