when our congress are not able to get a conclusion
they should leave the final decision to the American people
by ask them to go to vote?

If I understand your question you are asking if we should just vote on the immigration issues.
Nice idea since I know that no amnesty would stand a chance but we would have to vote on 500 different things just like our senate was doing. As Americans become more aware of their amnesty travesty the senate tried to sneak by us more and more citizens complained loudly! The more you know the less you like it.
I think that we should just vote out every amnesty senator and let some new blood represent US, instead of mexicans.

Yes, they should. Americans voted for their chosen representatives to sit in congress. If congress cannot decide, they bring it to the American people. Too simple for congress to decide this solution, I guess.
