Why Do People Think It Is Expensive To Remove Undocumented Workers?
It is a dozens times less expensive to just send them home. And kindness is the only reason why they haven't been removed. But we are finally finding out "they bite (or knaw off) the hand that feeds them".
Answer:
Truthfully, the only thing expensive to send them home is the price of gasoline right now. We will be doing a lot of running back and forth. To get them out and then to pick up another load to go. I will chip in for the gas though.
you should go work for the World Bank with future telling capabilities like that.
so where are the numbers on how much it would cost to deport them? Lets see those numbers
See ya!
I dont care how much it costs they broke the law and need to be sent back!
Have Bob Barker come out of retirement. Have him tell them they just won a new car then, bam ! Deportation.
It is expensive, but as you point out, the drain on our resources is even greater. However, people believe it is too expensive or not possible to do because the media keeps reporting it is...without comparing the costs of allowing them to stay.
If you want to talk economics it would be cheaper to grant some kind of limited amnesty, so the people working here become taxpayers and pay FICA and FIT. And having them pay FICA would fix the "Baby Boom" issue with the SS System.
Also, I doubt your figures on the expense and wonder if the fact that they pay sales tax and help companies make bigger profits that should increase tax revenue.
So where's a link?
"Kindness is the only reason why that haven't been removed"? Really? Profit is why they havn't been removed. kindness has nothing to do with it.
Because propaganda is easier to believe than the truth. if every business fired the illegals and hired a homeless citizen consider how much better off this country would be.
Calling illegal immigrants "undocumented workers" is like calling a burglar an uninvited house guest.
haha using the heritage foundation's transcript of testimony before congress does not make it a government publication. try again.

oh god !!
if you are a bush family member like you claim.. i hate you already!!
Well ,Voni, we do not like you either.
People think it's probably expensive to remove undocumented workers (nice euphemism for illegal aliens) because everything the government does ends up costing four times more than it should. Look at how much money was wasted on Hurricane Katrina. They bought all these trailers for people to live in, but most were never even sent.
They rented fancy cruise ships, and the lazy people didn't want to leave. You really think they were looking for work while living on a cruise ship? Hundreds of millions of dollars are routinely wasted though government intervention.
Want to know the cheap and effective way to remove illegal aliens? Pass and immediately ENFORCE a law stipulating that any company with illegals on their payroll will be levied a huge fine. We need the fine to be so costly that no company will try to play the odds of getting caught. Without the lure of jobs, millions of Mexicans will immediately begin a run for the border. this time, Southward.
People with a brain don't think it's expensive because they can fathom how much it cost to support these people. It is a NECESSARY expense for the US government to rid itself of these leeches.
Those against the numbers are either in denial of the facts, are making a profit off of this cheap labor, or they are personally involved with an illegal.
The government wants us to believe that it is too costly to send them home. The President and his cronies are going to make a lot of money off this North American Union, if it passes. We need to get all the information we can and work to block the blockheads from this union.
Illegals use up money that can be spent helping legal U.S. citizens when they need it. The welfare system was put in place for people who find themselves in a bind, without a job, injured or ill for long periods of time, left by deadbeat husbands with small children. They should be given the help they need until they get on their feet.
Illegals in sanctuary cities are given all the benefits of legal citizens. Free health care for them and all their children, food stamps, fuel assistance, etc. This is absurd. Send them home now and save trillions of dollars.
How does their cost compare to how much they contribute to our GNP, how much companies make off of them, not only thru lower labor, but also how much they consume.
They contribute alot more to our economy than most people realize. They buy homes, they buy food, consume goods, clothing, etc. All of which have sales tax, property taxes, etc.
How many local economies would be severly damaged by removing them? Not only loss of labor used, but the decrease in sales, which would lead to the elimination of citizen's jobs in the long run.
amnesty is not the answer, Ronald Reagan granted amnesty and now there are millions more of illegals. It becomes a vicious cycle. If they are caught they should be sent back. If they want to immigrate, do it legally. Police in some areas of the US have been instructed that they can not even ask their status if they are arrested doing a crime.
