Thank you for your hard work, but I don't think you will have much luck. There are tons of people who have over stayed there Visas, but unfortunately, you currently considered a criminal by the US. Your children are US citizens if they were born here.
There is work in Congress on this issue right now - but it is highly unlikely that there will be enough votes to get an amnesty type thing like back in the eighties.
Go see an immigration attorney, but it will be a tough go no matter what.
No- but you can marry a US citizen ( a person you love- no fraud please), and change your status that way. Good luck
If it were up to me, you would have a green card.ITS SOO hypocritical, why does this govt. demand illegals register with Selective Services, a recruiting agency for the draft.THAT IS REQUIRED, to go and fight for our country and die for it, yet they don't have the decency to give them legal status? They know illegals are here, they don't care, they want a permanent underclass and they also want them drafted for the war, just in case..Sad

If you overstayed by 19 years, but only been in business for 10 then I'm correct, your business can't be that legit, you need to go back to Brazil whether you want to or not, If you are willing to break the immigration law then there is no LAW that you will not break!

you may need to talk to an immmigration lawyer. As far as I know, you have been staying here illegally for too long. You may not be able to get any visa due to the bar (if you overstay for more than 1 year). To apply for green card, they would go under background check. Since you have nothing to support that you are legally in the US, it would be diffiult. BTW, if you are not even legal, how did you open a business and pay taxes without SSN? Your $$ may not even be in records in IRS. They may just cash it.
