Can i go with my son of 4 years outside of Thailand, with my passport?

My son arrive to Thailand with his personal passport one week ago,but now he don't has passport! But in my passport i have him,and now we want to return in europe, can we go?

Answer:
No!

The days that children could travel on their parents' passports are gone. You must go to your son's embassy in Bangkok and get him new temporary travel documents.

I assume he is not Thai. If he is, you'll have to go to Chaeng Wattana and get him a new Thai passport.
You have to go the Embassy of your country in Thailand so that they can confirm that he is your son and reissue your passport. But last time i was in Thailand they didn't care when i left, only when i entered. But you may need the passport for your son when you got back to Europe so you gotta get it but it should be okay since you have him in your passport. My suggestion is to ask the embassy first.
