Anybody who said they didn't mind is kidding themselves and no one else.especially if the search was conducted like a drug raid.EVERYONE including KIDS are made to lie on the floor with hands behind their heads.I think they think it's a polite knock and may we come in and look under your bed thing.Not a middle of the night,bang your door in,throw you to the floor, tear your house apart SEARCH.And don't bother to gripe about it and try to make them pay damages because they can do it without recourse.So don't kid yourselves, you wouldn't allow it.

I wouldn't let any form a law enforcement search my house with out a warrant. We are entitled to these protections in the constitution.
By allowing them to search with out a warrant you allowing yourself to be set up.

first they would have to have a warrant, which they would have before they came. now, if i was housing or harboring illegal aliens, then no, i wouldn't want ICE searching my home with or without a warrant. mainly because i would be doing something illegal also. but, since that would not be the case, i would allow the search. it is not conducted like a drug raid by the way. drug raids have to be conducted that way because you never know who is going to have a weapon and the only way to protect yourself and other officers is to account for everyone, including children, and have them in one place if at all possible in a submissive type postition. the reason for the submissive position is that it is harder for someone to rollover and grab a weapon from somewhere nearby or another officers' weapon.

No, because there is a law that you have to have a warrant to search someone's home. However if the officer asks and the person gives the officer permission then well they waved their rights. (but this can be fought in court)
Only reason I am against this idea is because then ICE could have the wrong information of home that was reported. And that home could be the home of a US legal resident or Citzen. Some agents could abuse this use of power.

No, I don't have anything illegal here people or otherwise, but if you want to search my home get a search warrant. You have to have a judge sign it and give him the reasons why and they would not be able to give him a good reason..
If they did so in a polite manner that didn't scare my child,sure.
