What's the worse that can happen if you enter the US illegally?

What normally happens if you're stopped entering the US on a waiver - if they find out that you have a criminal record you didn't declare (wouldn't get the waiver if you did)? Do they just put you on the next plane back?

Answer:
Nope. Lying on the waiver application is a felony. You go to prison.
yep. or let you stay.
You could get your Sombrero shot off.
they turn u back
nahh they put you to work cutting cheney's grass
Yeah. They can't punish you for being a criminal. Unless you had a warrant against you or you were on the no-fly list, then they will send you flying back home.
Get caught just as you cross the border. That has to suck!!! But don't do the crime cause crime don't pay!!!
worst case you could be shot and have your internal organs eaten by canniblistic imigration agents who would then take you to a taxedermist have you mounted in a bent over position and then use your dead body for thier own sick sexual pleasure but barring an gay cannible imigration agents they will probably just send you home
You could become my neighbor.
the government will give you a bunch of loans, help you start a business, and applaud your contribution to the economy
You will be told, (if found/discovered and having broken no federal laws) by the INS that you will have to go to court for a deportation hearing at some time in the future. Since the courts are so overwhelmed by these cases the INS will not be able to give you a date to appear and they usually will not detain you.
It happened to my son-in law.
No, you will go to prison.
Yes, they just send you back... i think.....i hope.
NOTHIN ill hide your from deportation at da hands of da EVIL white man
You never know.
