US Petitons?
Thanks.
Answer:
Unfortunately once your grandfather passed on so did the petition. But, there is a way for you to immigrate into the U.S. If your grandfather was a U.S. Citizen so is one of your parents. I do not know if it was your grandfather from your mother’s side or your father’s, but it really does not matter.
- If one of them has U.S. Citizenship, then by law you are also a U.S. Citizen.
- If not U.S. Citizen, then one of then can apply by summiting an N-600. The N-600 is for an individual to document U.S. citizenship status based on citizen parentage.
-Once one of them becomes a U.S. Citizen, then one of them can petition for you by summiting an I-130.

Tuff luck man!!! The United States is makin it nearly impossible for people from the Phillipines or India to gain residence in the states! We have just to many!! The only way your going to make it to the states... Get a really Hi profile, high Demand job where they would waiver your nationality or marry an American which will still take a lot of paperwork and many years of frustration! With the war and terrorism... things just arent as easy as they used to be! Good Luck!
Warning. This forum is mainly a mixture of a tag of war answer's.
Is he still alive?
If he's still alive, is he living in the United States?
Is he a citizen or is he a Green Card holder?
Does he have adequate income to be a sponsor?
How old are you now?
Nobody can answer your question until you provide this information.
