My husband has become a permanent resident and his UK passport has expired. Does anyone know where he would send to get a new passport? Im assuming he still needs a UK passport considering he isnt a US citizen. Does he send it back to the UK or does he go through the british embassy? Thanks

look up application for passport, print. They will have the address where you need to send the application. and what documents you will need
Send it to the British embassy, they can issue and renew passports there.
If his passport has expired, he is in this country illegally.
