I only know of two. legal and illegal...
Chinese, Mexican, and Indian.
I don't know for sure... the numbers are probably different, too, depending on whether you are looking at legal immigrants only, or are including illegal aliens.
Where I live its Russian, Chinese, and Haitian... lots of Dominicans, too. No idea how many are legal/illegal, just the groups I see out and about, and have talked to regularly.

Hispanics: 14.8 %
Blacks: 12.5%
Asians: 4.4 %

By what measure and when? If you're talking historically, check the Soc. Sec. administration. They did a study some time ago to figure out largest groups of ethnicity.
If I remember correctly, the largest ethnic immigrant origins are German, Irish, Italian, Scandinavian (not necessarily in that order).
