I'm Filipina. from what i know, you can petition them but it'll take time for your sister to get approval. your parents would be easy. but i dunno if you can petition them right now since you're not a citizen yet. try looking it up in the internet. there are a lot of stuff there regarding visas and petitions. i'm even trying to think of how to petition my fiance from the philippines since i'm only a green card holder like you are. do you have any idea?haha but i guess it'll take 5 years to be a citizen after your first arrival here.
