Case problem?
Answer:
It can possibly.it will depend on a few things...like how long ago was it, how was the charge adjudicated? and so on.if you have questions about whether or not you have a problem, then retaining an attorney may be your best bet. Whatever you do, do not lie or try to hide it...that will be your undoing if you do...
Sounds like its making you apprehensive and indecisive, so I would say yes! definately!
it really depends what exactly it is.
moving violations is not so much a big deal.
on your naturalization form you will be asked about any misdemeanors etc. just fill everything out and be honest about it.. you will be asked about these things
Unless you committed what is called "a crime of moral turpitude" you will not be denied naturalization. But please admit your misdemeanor conviction, or you could be denied citizenship even if the crime itself doesn't make you ineligible. According to USCIS
"You should always be honest with Immigration regarding all:
Arrests (including those by police, Immigration Officers, and other Federal Agents);
convictions (even if they have been expunged); and
crimes you have committed for which you were not arrested or convicted.
Even if you have committed a minor crime, Immigration may deny your application if you do not tell the Immigration officer about the incident. It is extremely important that you tell Immigration about any arrest even if someone else has advised you that you are not required to do so."
No they 're people that think so, but only if you commit a felony you won't get it, but to make sure you can always ask a lawyer, and they gonna tell you the same thing.
you can always apply, but it can affect your apporval, depending on what it was
