Actually it continued behind closed doors in secrecy just like everything else Bush, and his administration has always done. Bush, and Cheney still think they don't have to abide by the law, or the Courts Justices who have determined that their wire-taps are illegal.

That was when the "deal was cut" for the North American Union !! This little "thing" that is in play with all this immigration stuff at present -- which is meant to take USA soveriegnty to its knees by making us "just another member" of the Union !! All 9/11 did was delay this crap -- it has been a Bush Family directive since --- God only knows when !!
The flooding of the United States with foreign nationals who are given citizen rights through amnesty that doesn't even require a loyalty oath -- is nothing less than a government supported invasion of the country !!! And, it is being supported by Big Business for the reason of lowering the wage scale for ALL workers and strapping the labor force here with the burden of supporting (by way of social security benefits that THEY have funded -- but are to be used for millions who never paid a dime) the very workers taking their jobs !!!
It is rampant insanity -- and for the American public to sit quietly by while it happens is even crazier than the fact that it IS HAPPENING !!!!!
