I've heard it has the highest crime rate and lowest IQ ratio of the entire world, and most Uruguayan women tell me they'd rather become lesbian because they aren't satisfied with Ur-a-gay-an "men". They make damn cheap gardeners, prostitutes, and maids for export, though.

I have never been there, but my grandparents used to live there about 20 years ago. my uncle bought some property over there and hopes to move there some day. he says the life over there is really simple but you have to work hard to make a living. or at least thats how the country is. not to sure about the city. i think i would like to go there one day and just check it out and see how people live
