There is no doubt these people work, I've seen it. I have no idea what the problem is Mexico is but would like to know. I cannot help but suspect that it's related to futile land management, lack of public education, discriminatory practices or the few/the rich suppressing the population and economic opportunities.
I don't know, I'm guessing but would like to know.
Face it Mexico was " colonized" about the same time +/- as the US. Why the difference.
