Is it fair to work and pay taxes while my coworkers are illegal and don't?

No it's not fair...but you are a legal citizen and she isn't...welcome to America! p.s. you will more then likely get most if not all of it back the beginning of next year when you file your tax returns...and they won't...so think of it as a savings plan that you get to withdraw at the beginning of the next year.

Call Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She will be gone and someone else will be put in her place that will have to take a chop like you.
First off, no it's most definitely not fair. But there are some ramifications if you turn her in. Even if you do it anonymously, the company might get penalized. This can result in fines that come out of your paycheck by way of no raises later, or might put your company out of business. Maybe you can try talking to your bosses and see if they can work with you on something. Good luck.
It did happen to me and I notified the Labor Board. That's illegal for the employer to pay under the table which is essentially what he's doing and for the illegal alien to not pay taxes in the country they work in. As long as we keep our mouth shut it'll continue along with other things we keep our mouths shut about. Get 'em!

Call INS (or whatever they renamed it to) Turn in the illegals so they can get deported.
Hopefully the employer will get fined and you'll get a reward. If the employer fires you for any reason with in a year you can sue for wrongful termination in retribution for reporting a crime.
I would take it up with my employer and let them know that this is NOT fair and that you aren't happy. If I were you, I would be pissed! After talking to them, if it did not do any good I would find another job. Also have you thought about turning them in to immigration?
HELLLLLL NO it's not fair!!! Are you freaking kidding me?? This is why our country is going to hell..we are allowing these border jumpers to come in this country and not pay taxes. Meanwhile, they are on WELFARE which hard working American TAX PAYERS are paying for, and they are taking jobs away from true Americans. And to top it all of, most of them DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, even after 15 years of living here. We need MUCH better laws regarding immigration..Our country is being sucked dry by illegals in this country.....

Of course it's not fair.But look at it this way,if they get hurt on the job,they're on their own and they'll never be eligible for retirement.It makes me angry that they can make in a week what it takes me two to make but I always think of the long run results and it makes me feel better.Reporting them may be nice and everything but as soon as management find out you did the reporting,you might as well go and find yourself a new job.They always claim you can report someone anonymously but that is not the case,they always take your name.

ALL employers are REQUIRED by law to deduct payroll taxes from ALL employees. If the "Spanish girl" gets a paycheck, the same taxes are taken out of her check as are taken out of yours.
