Illegals need to go. She should go to a holding cell, jail, detention center what ever, they can hold her their until her government pays for her to go home. And they can reimburse us for her stay in the facility, why should we foot the bill.

I have no idea how they do it. If she leaves under a "voluntary departure", she would be able to return with no ban. I'm assuming she'd have to pay for her own ticket.
If she doesn't leave under voluntary departure, an overstay of more than six months to a year should result in a 3-year exclusion, while an overstay of a year or more should result in a 10-year bar.
They would probably call the British embassy. They would hold her in a cell for awhile. They would most likely send her home and bill her for the ride.
