you have to have permanent residence first, but you can go to uscis.com to check out the options. There are also student visas, but they are just while you are in school.
My Dad used to live in Hawaii. They have a university there. You might want to look into that in a year or so.

1. Must be able to read,write,and speak the english language well enough to understand a conversation.
2. Must reside in the U.S. for 7 years.
3. No criminal record.
4. Take an oath of allegiance to the U.S. and renounce citizenship and loyalty to your former country.
5. Knowledge of American government.
Race and sex has nothing to do with applying for citizenship.
