during my pending case i was still allowed to visit my husband in the usa .but i could travel visa waiver . the immigration officer asked me some questions (like if i want to stay in the usa now illegal )but i showed him my working contract and some other binding ties and i could enter.
i was 3 times in the us during that time (i am a german ).
