Yes. Frankly, I think we're paying much more than $25 a year, anyway, when you consider the economic impact of providing health care and secondary social services (such as bilingual training), in addition to the dollars that are sent OUT of the country to foreign locations.

+ Use the dirt to raise the levies in New Orleans .
+ Put the Florida alligators in the moat.
