Why should anyone feel sorry for an Illegal\Crimminal?

Why should anyone feel sorry for an Illegal? They're not undocumented workers they're criminals! If a burglar breaks into my house and steals my TV am I supposed to shed a little tear and not press charges because he's to poor to buy one? Is it ok for them to use someone else's social security number?

Answer:
you shouldn't.. I will say I do feel bad for people coming from harsh, communist countries and such.. but I will never feel bad for anyone coming here illegally from a FREE country. If they live in a FREE country, they have every opportunity to come here legally...
Illegal immigrants are NOT all criminals, they're just people who are coming into this country to find a better life for themselves and their families. and uummm, wasn't that OUR justification for coming to America in the first place.

I love that "breaking into a house" analogy you made, because it just supports the fact that we are criminals ourselves. We came to an inhabited land and completely took over, kicking Indians (and Mexicans themselves when we expanded west) out. Just because we draft up a few documents saying that a certain piece of land is ours (and have guns to intimidate people into accepting it)- it doesn't mean we own it.

Native Americans and Mexicans were here LONG before anyone else- Who are the REAL trespassers.

What about when you tear down a tree filled with colonies of ants, birds nests filled with babies, and squirrels, in order to build a condominium or Wall Mart. Aren't you taking away that land from creatures who already staked their claim over it.

LEGALITY IS BASED ON WHO HAS THE BIGGER GUN!!
Illegal immigrants are criminals if they are in the country illegally. It is against the law to enter the country illegally. DUH!
Of course they're criminals.. and anybody who supports their crimes here should, of course, be tried as an accessory or accomplice.
You shouldn't...there are means in place for them to immigrate legally. As far as them wanting a better life for their families, that is what we want too, we do it legally though...and that is a huge difference. The sympathizers say "they aren't all criminals" but they are all here illegally and continue to stay here illegally (breaking the law every single day they stay by being here illegally)...they frequently have to put false information on forms, use counterfeit or stolen identification paperwork, or try to avoid the forms altogether (yet more laws they are breaking - but we don't want to call them criminals). We should not feel sorry for them...they start off breaking one law and try to convince us that except for that one transgression they are all fine, upstanding, law-abiding members of society...but their "situation" will often require them to break more and more laws to survive and then we are supposed to be the bad guys for calling it criminal.
There is no reason to feel sorry for them.
They broke the law. They are criminals.
Don't be a moron. You don't have to feel sorry about anyone solely based on their "legal" status.
You have to feel sorry about someone leaving his family, his homeland, risk life and limb to go somewhere else, an unknown place, where he doesn't speak their tounge and on top of that, most of them hate him. Get a sh*tty job with meager pay, barely have enough to eat, but then he has to send some home, for which all this was all about.
Then wash, rinse, repeat for many days, weeks, months.

Puttting legality aside, I'm not asking you to feel sorry, but the least you could say is: WOW, that really sucks!
i don't feel sorry for them. To me illegal is illegal. I don't care what you are doing or the reasons you broke the law. If you are in this country illegally, you are breaking the law and deserve to be punished for it.
Okay, I am laughing out loud at Freebrum's response...the entire continent did not belong to Mexico...I am more sympathetic to the plight of native Americans than I am illegal immigrants. Mexico is its own country and these illegals that come into OUR country should use their energy trying to revolutionize their OWN homeland instead of invading ours and stealing the identities of law-abiding citizens and clogging up the welfare system and breeding like cockroaches.

...I don't have a problem with anyone entering the US LEGALLY...I do have a problem with the ones who feel they have to sneak in and steal social security numbers (my nephew is a victim of identity theft by one of those scumbags...his credit is ruined and he is only 24 years old)...and don't tell me that if we let them in they would stop doing this kind of stuff because they wouldn't. A criminal is a criminal is a criminal. They know they are using stolen IDs and they DON'T GIVE A *. And to all the sympathizers out there, they are capable of doing the same thing to you, but you don't care unless it happens to you. Typical liberal attitude ("Do as I say, not as I do").
so can you tell me please what are the immigrant workers stealing from you?,, if you don't want immigrants to come to this country,, don't send your kids to college,, send them to the fields to pick the veggies and fruits, to the meat packing company's, to the janitorial services,,,,so until you are willing to do that,,, don't say they are criminals and are stiling from you,,,if anything they are allowing you to live your posh life.
