Why do some talk as if the illegals have civil rights in our country?

Because the Democrats and Lulac have convinced them that they do and have encouraged them to DEMAND their rights.
Civil rights are guaranteed to citizens only.
Unfortunately, our stupid government keeps providing more and more in terms of welfare, healthcare, etc.

Sadly they have defacto civil rights greater than our own citizens they routinely get a pass when police stop them and they are allowed to pop out anchor babies one after another at our expense and never pay a dime we taxpayers get to pick up the tab on that yet our own people get the tickets and get the bill when we go to the hospital. Just wait our nation of lemming will wake up one day put down their beer and video game controller and realize the country has become a third world irrelevant trash heap overrun by destitute south americans who can govern their own nations

Any person in the USA soil are entitled to Civil and Human Rights even the animals like the hater.
I don't know, but they don't! Civil rights are for LEGAL American citizens and they aren't entitled. Maybe they are confused with human rights? Who knows...
Because of this silly little thing called The Constitution. The basic personal protections guaranteed under the Constitution apply to anyone inside the United States (with some limited exceptions regarding enemies of the state under current precedent - enemy combatants; deportation hearings have specialized procedures, but still are required to provide due process), regardless of citizenship or legal status. This has been defined by Supreme Court decisions over the past several decades.
[Civil rights have no relation to one's legal status in this country; citizenship has absolutely nothing to do with such rights. Also, Welfare/Medicare and such entitlement programs are not examples of "Civil Rights"]

Some people talk like these folks are animals and felons and are here to "take over our country". The folks who talk like that are sorely fearful and react out of that fear and extreme ignorance.
Do you realize that most Americans have been through this before and know that amnesty is what it will be? It has always been amnesty in one form or another.
It is impossible to roundup, jail and deport 12 million people.which is more than the population of Colorado, Arizona and Nevada combined and more than the population of the country of Denmark!! It is ludicrous to think that they will be deported.
Our government knows that commerce depends upon this cheap labor force and will do nothing to impede it's flow.
I notice that when people get all riled up they lay it all on the Mexicans. Why do you suppose they do that? Why not the people from the Caribbean or Russia or Eastern Europe...there are PLENTY of those and others here illegally. So why single out the Mexicans? Because they have brown skin, are easily recognizable and the people causing the ruckus are racist...
