Why is it that when an illegal falsifies documents it's a "paper crime" but when US citizens do its a "felony"

It is still by statue a felony. the reason you read words such as paper crime is because the news media reports the words of the ACLU not the actual fact of law. What is taking place in Florida is legal. When the police drive to a construction site and the illegal mexicans flee. It is legal to arrest them for trespassing when they hide on private property of another, or flee by speeding. These are legal arrests. This is not troubling or questionable as the ACLU would have one believe. The downfall of America as Enigma has reported is an eventual fact. Why? because we have so many idiots in the Government who do not see or understand that it is illegal to enter this country without going through the proper channels. An illegal alien is a CRIMINAL. If we do not secure the boarders _ How easy is it for a terrorist to enter the country?
