Do you think that most of the people who are pro illegal immigration?

Are from area(s) of the country that are not highly populated by illegal immigration? My theory is that most of those who are pushing for illegal immigration are from area's of the US that do not have illegal immigration to deal with. Whats your opinion, please let us all try to be respectful of one an other when answering.

Answer:
Those who are pro illegal aliens are those that benefit from the illegal aliens being here!
Yeah I defineltley agree with that. :-)
I think you are right.. I don't think they see the huge problems it is causing in places like Cali, FL, Texas, etc.
I am not in favor of illegal immigration. What really pisses me off are the idiots that assume every Hispanic is an illegal Mexican. And I live in Texas, I'm familiar with the problem,
i think a vast majority of the people supporting it are either illegal immigrants themselves, of are the children of such.the rest are either just playing the politically correct game, or are profiting from the illegals willingness to work for substandard wages. personally I'd round them all up, ship them back to wherever they came from, because no matter how you look at it, their each and every one a criminal
Most of the people who are pro-illegal immigration are those who get a direct benefit from it, either economically or politically. I don't think you're going to find a lot of support for illegal immigrants in the Midwest and the Southeast, the areas least impacted by illegal immigration.
A poll said 78% were against. This tells me we are having it shoved down our throats just like the Iraq war. The people who control th media would have us believe most are for it but I doubt that. In any case, no nation on earth can sustain these kinds of numbers so fast. It will crush this nation and then we can all starve together. Mexico is a very rich country. Where is their responsibility to their own citizens. Sounds like a grand plan to turn us both into third world nations.
I have to disagree with your theory. I believe that most of the support for Senator Kennedy's amnesty plan come from the southwestern states where most of the illegal immigrants live. CA and Texas have the most illegals in their states; southern CA is really Mexifornia now as there are millions of Mexicans living there.

People who live with large numbers of illegals become friends with them and develop sympathy for the illegal invaders, as demonstrated in the May 2007 National Geographic article about the border fence. Those people like me who have little contact with illegals have very little sympathy for these criminals. You can go to the sites below for more info about the problems created by illegal aliens.
That's a good point. Even the staunchest liberal (of which I am one) would not want their standard of living to go down so that some criminal's can rise. Deport them all, and shoot them on sight at the border if they enter our country illegally.

I agree with the other posters - the only people who really support the illegals are the illegals themselves and those who will profit from them being here.
There is only one reason to support illegal activities of any kind. Money Money Money. We are talking about cheap labor here. Its wrong but it is the truth. Many companies don't even look at illegal immigrants as people but economic factors in their bottom line sales, expenses, etc.

Now just imagine you are a corporation that hires illegal immigrants and pay them way below minimum and suddenly there is a call to pardon them all and make them legal. Then they would have the right to sue for not getting minimum wage as legal citizens in the US workforce. Guess who will be first in line to ship them all back home or fight to lower minimum wage?
they probably get the sympathetic support from those areas but the main support comes from different segments of large industry like construction, meat processing and things of that nature. the reason is that greedy businessmen started using or abusing illegal help to make more money and now its a situation where in order to be competitive in business you have to do it also and the situation just compounds itself.

most areas are subjected to illegals these days, some much more than others. I think that those areas that aren't are probably more apathetic than supportive.
I think the group is made up from people not living in areas overrun with illegals (I don't see it so I don't care mentality), people benefiting from it (employers who knowingly hire illegals) and families/friends of the illegals (who are also usually aiding the illegals to be here illegally). I am sure they are not legal immigrants, their friends or families as these people understand and respect the need for the process and penalties for doing it any other way. I seriously doubt it is law abiding citizens living in areas the illegals view as havens and continue to flock to.
I agree with dude, I don't think many people at all are pro illegal immigration, they, like me just hate that illegal immigration causes a backlash against all immigrants, legal or not. However it is true I think that people who are not directly affected by the problem have a tendency to not oppose it, if you are a university professor, doctor, lawyer etc What do you care? all it means is you get your house cleaned cheaper and your lawn cut cheaper etc. If you are in construction or being paid minimum wage you are much more likely to have anti - illegal feelings as you are being affected directly.
EVERYBODY IS AN IMMIGRANT. Unless you are a Navajo or something you are the direct descendant of an immigrant. So you would not exist to ask this snotty question if it was not for immigration.

I don't think anybody in the world is "pro-illegal immigration" except for big business. But becoming a U.S. cit zen is an extremely difficult process (especially if you are not white). This country is built on immigrants and always has been. My Grandmother came over from Italy and My Grandfather came over from Whales. Even further back on the other side of my family great, great something or other came from Germany and France. And in all of those mass immigrations people were just as scared and feeble as you are now. But you know, in the end those people are what has made this country. The only party at fault here is the U.S. government that can't figure out how to process these people so they can become citizens and receive the benefits of the tax dollars that nearly all of them pay for.

P.S. I worked in Northern V.A. housing market and I have a first hand view of how Hispanic workers are helping a struggling economy stay afloat. You should be thanking these people for their hard work.
For the most part yes, they have no concept of the down side of compassion, and the costs that go with it. They are more than likely professionals, with a maid or help, and they think that all illegals are as hardworking and dependable as their families hired help. Not to mention they enjoy the low cost of their hired them, and have no problem passing the hidden cost, health care, education and such, on the backs on the middle class tax payer
I guess I am possibly Pro "illegal"immigration. I have met Mexican road workers and I have no problem , in there place I would do the same. This country needs a guest worker program , they get to work and then go home. This is more what the want to do then stay here,at least the ones I have met.
Believe that they are contributing more here then mere burdens as hypocrites think without truly knowing the facts. And yes there are as well some rotten apples that contribute to throwed off chaos. But isn't that true about US citizens as well? The other fact is that the percentage of rejects are directly brutally disciplined (putting it mildly) by the real contributors that are no nonsense when it comes to tolerating those idiots. And who better than someone who speaks Spanish and who can go into communities to collect the needed info. in order to turn their *** in or to just hold him/them forcefully than another Mexican American or Mexican immigrant?
Yes. I also can't believe that so many of your politicians are allowing this to happen. What is the point of immigration where people have to go though a tough process to get their green card and have all the right skills etc if the govenment justs lets millions of unskilled workers and even drug dealers through the back door, pointless, just pointless.
Also amazing is how when a local authority declares that it is against illegal immigration it is attacked as though it has just said it is against legal immigration.
What is it now, 3000 young healthy americans dead in Iraq and Afghanistan and countless more maimed for life while the USA is being diluted into oblivion by this southern invasion of illegals.
Or when Katrina hit and there weren't enough National Guardsmen available right away because so many were overseas.
Your politicians seem to hate you, they're more interesting in chasing the buck.
Thats not true I am pro immigration and i live in south Los Angeles which has a great population of illegals. Another thing i believe is that everybody benefits from illegal immigration.
Absolutely. People not around it are ignorant to the real problems and just go right along spouting the PC crap they hear like good little sheeples. When it hits their neighborhood, they'll be first in line to send the illegals home.
Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. America love it or leave it. Unlawful Entry is a CRIME. Leave it Now. Zero tolerance for immigration-law violators! No amnesty, no "stealth-amnesty." No "change of status," marriage fraud, "exceptional leave to remain," no "Temporary Protected Status." If you break the law, depart or be deported. Illegal aliens kill more US citizens each year than the war in Iraq has killed in four years. Apologists for illegal immigration like to paint it as a victimless crime. But in fact, illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population--the poor, minorities, and children. Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants willing to work at substandard wages and working conditions depresses the wages of American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees. Illegal immigration also contributes to the dramatic population growth overwhelming communities across America--crowding school classrooms, consuming already limited affordable housing, and straining precious natural resources like water, energy, and forestland. Taxpayers are being forced to pay for the free health care, education, and other welfare programs being given to illegal aliens; Those tax dollars could be given back to U.S. taxpayers or used to keep our borders secure; They may be here illegally, but they sure know how to "work the system" to collect "free" medical care, "free" education, "free" food, Section 8 housing vouchers and other housing assistance, and hundreds of other social services. It costs citizens additional hundreds of billions of tax dollars at every level: local, state, and federal. It gobbles up billions of our charitable contributions. And much of that money ends up siphoned out of our economy and into offshore accounts. Illegal aliens, over half of whom work "under the table" with neither job nor income reported (nor taxed), are not counted as employed or unemployed. But some of those day-labor and off-the-books "job-lets" would be "real" jobs - available to American citizen job-seekers - if employment regulations were enforced. Illegal aliens can get away with tax evasion, et al., which citizens cannot. In short, we have too many workforce entrants and too few jobs created. The ratio works out to roughly 7-10 workforce entrants per job created. If all illegal aliens depart or are deported, all legal immigration halted, and all temporary employment visas abolished, we still have a problem with more US-born workforce entrants than new jobs created. Illegal immigration damages our country and our citizens every day at every level. And not even the attacks of 2/26 and 9/11 have awakened many Americans to the vast dangers illegal immigration poses to our selves, our families, our communities, our society, our values, our principles, our civilization. Zero Tolerance for Immigration-Law Violators! We must remember the lessons of 2/26, 9/11, and the costs we bear every single day. God Bless the U S A !
Well illeagles are everywhere, and the population is growing
i believe that unless we can get people to stop having babies
so much world wide we will have big problems!
Really colse the borders it is a useless battle!
We are almost facing hunger here in us no it or not!
One thing i can say about illeagles they are willing to work harder that most of the home breed people!
