And at BEST Aztlan is an attempt to grasp at straws and rationalize what illegal invaders KNOW is an ILLEGAL invasion. Research the Hidalgo treaty - which all many illegals will cry is a lie. If Mexico as a nation were so concerned that the imaginary Aztlan territory was rightfully theirs, would they not be up in arms, fighting to get it back?

Aztlan is a myth from the Aztec Indians, it was a mythical place inside Mexico not the southwest, but the Mexican activests groups have taken it for them selves to say that the southwest in Aztlan.
It is mythology cooked up by a bunch of radicals in Mexico who try to reconcile the fact that they not only they lost the Southwest in the Mexican-American War, but more importantly, that their fellow Mexicans also never made a serious effort to populate said land, when it was under Mexican sovereignty. So, they invent this history that what is now the Southwest is Aztlan, and that land was the birthplace of Aztec civilization, as a means of rationalizing their illegal alien invasion of all America.
