I know you can two and possibly three. My uncle was a citizen of both US and France as my grandfather had businesses and residences in both countries. I believe my uncle also had Swiss citizenship.
He served in this country during WWII as an intrepreter during the war and was a graduate of Princeton U.
I have a friend who has dual citizenship of Germany and Uganda. He was born in Uganda and brought to Germany as a child and raised there. He was a German citizen and on the board of Ziemans there and had multiple masters degrees, he later requested dual Ugandan citizenship and he would like to get US citizenship too.
So I am not sure if a request for dual citizenship may be dependent upon one's contribution to society.
why would any country want a new citizen who seems so incapable of having any loyalty to his country?
Each country has different requirements for citizenship, as well as different policies regarding dual citizenship...
