We went US to get our boy was born there,after that we come back to our country.Will we loss our visas?
Now,one year later,we want come back to USA in a business and pleasure travel, but we are afraid that we have problems with our visas and inmigration authorities.
What do you think about?
We are not interested in living in the US, and we only wanted our boy was born in USA to get him in the future an american citizenship.

I dont think there is any problem with that, your baby IS a US citizen so he is fine, and as long as you guy have visa or green card then I am sure you are fine also! Confirm with the embassy in your country!
Oh yeah come on back- don't pay any taxes - just get our benefits. We don't mind. ARGH.

We don't want you to be inconvenienced because of our immigration laws or anything. Why don't you just leave your address and we'll have our government send your baby a benefit check. Would that be O.K.? Why go to all the trouble of coming back here? After all, we've got plenty of free money here and you probably come from a country that doesn't treat its citizens so well....it all evens out in the end, I guess.

You should have no problem getting visas, but do not expect to stay in the US.
