Maybe they live with their parents, and put all the money they make in a month on the car payments. There are tons of people out there who drive cars that dont quite match their income. In dallas, it's not unsual to see folks who make 30k a year and take leases on 50k cars, and go around flaunting something they can hardly pay for.

I genuinely know 2 lads that work in pizza/kebab houses aged 22 and 23, one drives a new Golf Gti and the other a Audi, they earn £6ph cash in hand, get pocket money off their parents AND claim benefits. They have nothing else to spend their money on and they are typical of the lads in your question.

Because they probably either own or are part owners of the business they work in. If it's a family business, the likelyhood is that family members who work in the trade are also the company shareholders.
A shareholder in any business, esp. a family business, will have no difficulty what ever raising the money at any bank to pay for a brand new vehicle.
In 1961 I was a shareholder in a small business in London with my partner [in crime] at the time. I got a brand new E-Type Juguar, funded by my bank. No problem they said, how much do you need for your new company car? £3000 actually. Which in those days was about half the price of a house.
