Presently there is an appeal being made for children of Canadians born outside of Canada to either remain citizens or not...does anyone know when this appeal will take place or what they expect the results to be? Thank you. Cherie

Well I'm hearing this now...
I guess it's really tough to realize something like that, but I'm not so experienced in international laws...
Maybe it could be realistic that a son of Canadians may easily obtain Canadian citizenship, rather than being Canadian at once, immediatly with the birth.
