What will happen if i dont declare my criminal record when entering USA on a visa waiver?
Answer:
They do checks within your own country as well as here in the US. If you do not report, it will be considered fraud and you will be subject to penalties up to and including a lifetime ban from ever entering the US. So THINK before you act...good luck!
There is a record of your criminal past !! You will be deported! They will find out!
i knew some people who went to the usa and didnt declare something, they were held by armed guards at airport.the usa get all your info and check whats what ,then they see what you declare and if different treat you with contempt and susspicion.so i wouldnt risk anythin mate .
DEPORTED
No more criminals, get out!!
swiftly get booted out and you will never be allowed back in, not even on holiday.
You are committing a felony, and If caught would probably be sent to prison, then deported.
when they find out they will deport you and you will never be allowed back in the country!
You will be having a nice long hold at the expence of the American Government.
Blow all you money, then tell them, you will at least get a free ride home.
You can be deported and banned from entering the US for a maximum of 10years
Of course they will find out and that will add to your criminal record. Honesty is always the best policy. Apart from which, you've posted on this site, you may think you have anonymity under a user name but you haven't of course.
They don't check everyone it would be logistically impossible, I think theres a good chance you would get away with it, but there is also a chance that you may get caught, if it's not a serious crime they will still grant you a visa, not for any dug related or violent offence however. Alex
lol.. forwarding your info to the ICE watchlist..thanks for the info.if you get caught you will be deported.possibly jail time for fraud as well..
Yes they could find out and you would be banned for your lifetime (for alien status, not visitor status, that usually has a 2-5 year limit)
It also depends on what the crime was. If you were convicted of, say, being a Christian in communist China, that would not affect your chances of receiving a visitor's visa nor would it affect residency.
Murder would be grouds for denial on both accounts.
In any case you should be truthful
We don't want you..stay away..thank you
Hopefully you'll be caught
