Emigration?
Answer:
One of my friends is married to a lovely woman from New Jersey. She has recieved so much abuse about the conduct of your President and the negative effect of the US on this country in her daily life that she has consciously worked to lose her accent and now NEVER mentions she is from the US. When asked where she's from, she says "Newcastle, but I lived in Canada for a few years when I was a kid"
I don't know if you've ever been outside your own country, but be prepared for a rough ride. Why not come here for a few weeks on holiday first? Spend the time travelling round, meeting people. See if the UK is what you expect.
If you still want to come here, contact the British Consulate back home and take it from there.
Well first you would have to learn to speak "English"! 8^)
LOL
You might start with the British Embassy.

the answer
To the girl above.
Emigration is a word.
know someone that passes people over there as they do from mexico. the other people that send you message dont get it..k
You could just walk across the border in to Mexico, once there go the Mexican welfare department and ask them for help for you and you children all 8 of them, the Mexican Social Worker will promptly give you a voucher for rent and send all 8 of your children to a local school that well bend over and take one up and teach your children in there native tongue English.
Easy. Fly here on holiday and then stay for the rest of your life. That's what everyone else here has done!!!
Hey, Fitzy:
Try consulting a dictionary before you correct someone's spelling or usage.
You do know what a dictionary is, don't you?
dont do it.......... because Blair has gone, doesn't mean it's got better overnight !
wait to see who wins the next election !
see the source - tells you something
Your first step, my poor confused countryman, should be a back-step. Take a slow, comprehensive view of the mindset informing this website, as I think it's rather representative of Britain. Do you really enjoy these crude, uncultured, submental, socialist crybabies? And do you relish the prospect of these same illiterati despising you as a Yank, a foreigner, a bloody immigrant? Unless you are insane or in love, I urge you to reassess your present situation. Though America isn't Heaven, I believe it will seem like Heaven once you've experienced these bleak islanders first-hand.
Spell the English language, not Yankified English. It's our language not America's.
Why do you want to come to the UK? i think you are better off in the US,and i mean it,and this not a hate advise like some others
large ones!!!
