Is Hillary actually doing something I approve of? Maybe I read it wrong?
"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Democratic front-runner in the presidential race, said on Saturday she would oppose ratification of a free trade pact with South Korea because it would harm the U.S. auto industry, among other things.
"It will hurt the U.S. auto industry, increase our trade deficit, cost us good middle-class jobs and make America less competitive."
The deal with South Korea, due to be signed on June 30, would lower barriers in areas ranging from agriculture and manufacturing to financial services and telecommunications.
Lawmakers from states with auto interests have argued the pact would give South Korea unimpeded access to the U.S. auto market without going far enough to ensure Seoul dismantles barriers to its auto market.

Hillary is doing the exact same thing her husband did before he became President, saying one thing and then when elected doing whatever they want to do. Bill Clinton said he opposed giving China "most favored nation status" when he was running for President. Then he was elected, that was a big reason there was ALOT of anti China rhetoric going on, he gave China "most favored nation status". Hillary is saying what she thinks the people want to hear, and then will do whatever she damn well wants to do as President! She has lied and cheated and stole her way her whole life and this is but another chapter.

I disagree. Let the US auto industry compete with the Koreas, Japans and Germans.
Then they wouldn't need help from Hillary or anbody else.
Why
reward the US auto makers for being mediocre and penailze the Koreans for being succcessful?? This is socialism.
Protectionism measures are never good... The US wants more koreans because they "get it".
It is not by protecting your cars industry that they will better survived... Just have to make better cars that's it and structures the company more efficiantly. The Japanese have understood this, and it is even the US that teach them... Figure why they did forget it so fast...
The US need to stand up and work hard to beat the rest of the world, by protecting it from outside competition only weaken your economy in the long run...

I am not really a fan of Hillary Clinton did she sudden drop the Rodham again? But If she really said that I will give her another look. If she can be truthful and quit letting people put words in her mouth it would help her and all campaigns.
