Probably Canada. The people are not generally xenophobic, the country has a high standard of living and the government is quite liberal. It's like the USA with all the badness removed.

If you can get to USA or an embassy and provide sustainable evidence that you are persecuted (in fear for your life) in your native country because of race, religion, politics, etc. then you have a fighting chance of being granted asylum. It helps if you can get some headlines in the press.
If you are seeking only economic improvement in your life, that is not grounds for being granted asylum.
I would have to say Jamaica. The weather is beautiful all year long. You can sit at the beach and relax for the rest of your life.
UK,even if you are refused chances are you can still remain indefinitely
come to england, where you will be welcomed with open arms. you can claim enormous amounts of cash from our benefit system, even though you have not paid anything in. you will be given a house and all the furnishings to go with it.
all your worries will be over, especially as if you do decide to find emplyment then you can claim even more from our system and send this back to your family in your home land. if you decide to commit a crime, no problem, you will not be prosecuted, because if you were, just claim racism, then you will be let off. with a rather large compensation cheque from our system to say how sorry we were to upset you.
so please any one feel free to come on in, our gates are always open. it does not matter who or what you are, terrorist, murderer, child molester, granny basher.......the list goes on. anyone is welcome, we dont care, our prisons are now full, our nhs service is crumbling, our police are powerless, our goverment have no reservation in helping out all the dreggs of the rest of the world. so please COME TO ENGLAND.

The word "asylum" is used by economic migrants who want a better country than the one they have just helped to construct and now wish to leave. The UK should go back to granting asylum to genuine asylum seekers not con artists wanting to take advantage of the UK which we Brits have taken 100s of years to build.If anyone wants a country as well organised as the UK go ahead and build one.We are now full .

England, you will get everything for free. However do not expect to be accepted easily by English people, most of the clever ones are leaving England to live in other countries. You will settle easily there since there are hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers waiting to greet you. You will be given a house, money, furniture and clothing. You will also get money every week which you can collect at the post office, commonly known by asylum seekers as "the free bank". As an asylum seeker you will not be required to pay an electricity bill, that is also free to you but not to English people. Is there any wonder that the English are leaving their homeland?... I have now emigrated and do not miss England one little bit.
