How americans feel about canadians?

I have no problem with Canada, I have a lot of relatives in the Toronto area, and have been there numerous times. They are definitely a lot less pollutant then the US, that is for sure. My cousins blame the US for the trash that washes up on their shore of Lake Ontario. I believe them because driving Canadian highways, you don't see the garbage littered everywhere like in the US.
I think Canada rocks..

Sorry I'm not doing any research, I'm a lazy but very busy American! I love Canada! One of my goals in life is to travel by Jeep up into northern Canada, camping, fishing, taking pictures, etc. It would be awesome. I've only been to Canada once, when I was 12 or 13. I'm 24 now and I still tell people about how clean the country is, how nice EVERYONE we met was, and how I wouldn't mind living there. The diffence from the Detroit side of the bridge to the Canadian side is crazy! Detroit was dirty, scary, and 3 nuclear cooling towers in the background (not that they're bad just added to effect). The Canadian side had lush green grass, maintained trees, and friendly signs. I have lived in Southeast Missouri all my life and it would be a huge change, and if Glaciers begin moving back down, Canada would pretty much be covered completely..okay that's not very probable, but still one of my concerns :) Just hard to leave family and small town living.

Love Canadians. Never met a bad one. Went to school with alot of Canadians. Lived in up-state New York and went to Canada with nothing but a post card from a friend that had an arrow pointed to a spot on an arial view of a lake saying we're here. I went to the police station figuring they'd think I was a complete nut wondering if they could tell me how to get there..they did laugh and then gave me directions right to their cabin door. It was so beautiful there. Like a scene from On Golden Pond. Unfortunatly I didn't get to see much of the rest of Canada.but I haven't seen all my own country yet.
DO your research on Canada and you might be suprised. I seen that phrase most often used on Mexico.
I like Canada, but then again I have tons of Canadian relatives. I route for the Canadaian Hockey team during the Olympics. I love the food in Vancouver, but its a bit too nippy for me over there.
They may not be as cool as we are - but we still love them. lol ;-)

to tell you that truth, I actually have not aknowledged that Canada is even up there. I have hear much, i don't know a lot, it's my fault but yeah, I don't know anything as a matter of fact, i bet they are great people. Some are probably illegals and can get away with it. maybe i should do some research but the passion is not there for me to do that. maybe some day.
