Immigrating to Canada: Family Class?

I'm currently living in BC, Canada with my Canadian husband. I know what kind of papers I need for family class immigration and one of is my birth certificate. I'm Japanese and I need to translate this document...but where can I do that? Japanese consulate or embassy? How much will it cost and how long it will take?

I'm also not sure about police certificate. I got one from Japan for free but will it cost when I am getting it from Canada? I need both of them...

Also not so sure about medical exam. I wonder how much it will cost?

Thanks in advance!
